Hi, I’m Roy-Allan Burch, and I serve as a Business Development Manager here at Entec Systems. My role is all about building and growing relationships—with clients, prospects, and my team. No two days look exactly the same, and that’s something I love about this work.

Some days I’m out at networking events, meeting new people and creating connections that could turn into long-term partnerships. Other days are spent in meetings with prospective clients, or catching up with current customers to keep building that trust. There’s also traditional outreach via phone and email, and of course, the behind-the-scenes work—updating the CRM, managing admin tasks, and attending internal meetings. It’s a mix of strategy, people, and process—and it keeps me on my toes.

The Tech I “Can’t” Live Without?
I try not to get too attached to things—tech included. That said, I really enjoy using my camera. Capturing moments with my kids means a lot to me, and photography has become a creative outlet that helps me stay present.

A Seat at the Table With…
If I could have dinner with any tech or business leader, I’d choose Michael Saylor, a billionaire entrepreneur and the executive chairman of MicroStrategy. His forward-thinking approach and willingness to take bold steps in emerging technologies have really caught my attention. I’m drawn to people who are willing to challenge conventional thinking and push boundaries.

How I Recharge
After work, I hit reset with a workout—anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. It’s not just physical training for me – it’s about the full picture: mind, performance, and longevity. That’s my time to rebalance and refocus.

Something You Might Not Know About Me
I’ve had the opportunity to travel to over 25 countries and 30 U.S. states. Those experiences shaped my perspective, gave me a deeper appreciation for people from all walks of life, and taught me how to adapt to new environments quickly—something that definitely comes in handy in business development.

Whether he’s building connections in the business community or pushing his limits in a workout, Roy-Allan brings intentionality and drive to everything he does.

At Entec, we’re proud to have team members like Roy-Allan who not only represent our values, but genuinely care about the people behind every partnership.
